The Racer League
The Racer League is the place where the most ambitious athletes of Racing Unleashed compete against each other, race for victory and fight for the title as the first-ever Racer League Champion. All Racer League athletes are signed to Racing Unleashed and compete for the day's victory from different lounges throughout the year.
Besnik Murtezi (CH)
Besnik Murtezi reached the Point-Places in 3 Races. In August he reached the Top 3 in Silverstone.
David L'Addomada (CH)
David L'Addomada reached the Top 10 four times last season. He finished the Championship-Final on the 7. place.
Dustin Wüest (CH)
Dustin Wüest secured Championship-Points in 5 races last season. He reached the second place at the Circuit de Catalunya.
Kevin Hablützel (CH)
Kevin Hablützel reached the Top 10 in two races.
Roger Marte (CH)
Roger Marte finished 4 races in the Top 10. At the Challenge-Final in January Roger reached P6. This year he secured his first podium at the Nurburgring
Simon Danner (CH)
Simon Danner secured himself the fantastic 3. place in January at the Challenge-Final.
Thomas Schmid (CH)
Thomas Schmid reached the Top 10 in two races.
Michal Smidl (CZ)
Michal Smidl was the first winner of the Challenge-Final.
Vojtech Polesny (CZ)
Vojtech Polesny is a sim-racer from Czech Republic. He is member of the Varga-Sim-Racing Team. He is currently second in the championship.
Julien Apotheloz (CH)
After his first participation in the Challenger League where he became second, he got promoted to the Racer League.
Jiri Toman (CZ)
Jiri is a member of Varga Racing and won this years first Challenger League race. He got promoted to the Racer League and reached already the Top 5 at Red Bull Ring.
Ivan Kaufmann (CH)
The newcomer of this year showed a strong pace at the Red Bull Ring and became 8th already in his second race.
Loris Mistretta (IT)
Loris reached the points in both races. He just missed the podium with P4 at the Nurburgring.
Mike Danner (CH)
The brother of Simon Danner scored his first point at the Red Bull Ring.
Points & Prices
As in most motorsport events, points are awarded for the best 10 racers. The winner of a single race earns 25 points and takes them into the overall standings. With a total of 8 races during one season, this results in a max. total of 200 points.
We are convinced that transparency towards our fans and racers is a central element. That's why we are also completely transparent concerning our prize money.
Rules & Regulations
In the Racer League you drive in mode 4, without driving aids and with all the sensation of motor sport.
The individual Challenges take place at all locations at the same time. The Racers are divided among them.
The points will be awarded directly after the race and will be visible on the website. Who will grab the 25?
All simulators are interconnected and meet on the virtual track. So all racers are on the track at the same time!
The race control is centrally located at one site and regulates everything from there. It is the single point of contact for all racers.
The stewards are at the same location as the Race Control and make sure that everything is done properly.
Racer League Season 2020
The first race of the Racer League, which took place on June 21, 2020, was a complete success. Michal Smidl, driver of the Varga Racing Team, won the pole position as the favorite of the event with a time of 1:29.1 followed by his compatriot Vojtech Polesny. Roger Marte became third.
