We have a variety of big screens in our lounges, perfectly supporting your presentations on-site. Workshops often require some kind of working space for writing, or for example a desk to support your laptop, which are rather difficult to encounter in our lounges. Since our set-ups vary from lounge to lounge, explore what is possible by directly reaching out to the staff of your desired lounge.

Last-minute bookings are doable but might ask for some flexibility on both our ends. Check in directly with the staff of your desired lounge to ask for availability, when you need an answer fast.

We offer the most realistic Formula driving experience possible. All participants will feel the speed, emotions, and excitement like a real Formula driver.

There are a variety of racing formats recommended by the lounge team during the concept review after booking, depending on the number of participants, your event time frame, the number of simulators in the lounge, and your personal event goals. We suggest going for the “Long event” option, to make sure that everybody gets to drive a few rounds. The time frame can then still be narrowed down to fit your event goals during the concept review.

The number of simulators of your preferred lounge dictates how many people can be driving at the same time, and against each other. The competition makes the event truly unique and engaging, breaking the ice for many fun conversations.

In general, we plan the time slot so that the participants can drive against each other about 3 times for 15 minutes each (Warm-Up, Qualifying, Race). In reality, some participants may drive more often, while others prefer to enjoy a relaxing aperitif. That’s why we remain flexible in both planning and execution to cater to the needs of all your participants. Besides racing and aperitifs, if interested, there are side games and other entertainment programs offered by our lounge staff to make the experience unique and engaging for all our guests.

To make it easy for beginners, we have different drive modes. You can select the difficulty yourself and change it at any time. As a beginner, you may want to drive with automatic gear, ideal line shown on the track, ABS, and traction control turned on. If you are well-experienced, you can choose levels that suit your abilities, up to completely turning off any driving assistance. Our staff will always accompany and coach you by explaining the simulator driving techniques so that you feel comfortable in our Lounge.

In all our lounges, you will find beverages to energize yourself after an exhausting race session. Snacks are also always available. Since we believe that a good beer is part of a cool evening with friends, and colleagues, all lounges also offer local beer brands. The beverage, snack, and catering offerings differ from lounge to lounge because we want to respect local preferences and offer regional products. Your perfectly fitting food&beverage solution will be clarified as soon as you’re contacted by the lounge of your choice after the booking of your event. If you want to, you can also reach out to your desired lounge beforehand.

Our Simulator offers the most realistic and immersive experience possible. To ensure that promise, we develop and build the simulator ourselves in Maranello, Italy. Maranello is the hometown of Ferrari, aswell as other car manufacturers, and our facility is located just beside the buildings of this famous brand. Our engineers are all very motorsport enthusiastic and have the ambition to build the world's best and fastest simulator. We only use the finest materials, including a lot of carbon. Basically, our Simulator is a real race car.

You can choose the race track and car you want to race. Our staff will also help you pick cool tracks and cars. If you have a specific request, and want to be sure that this car or track is available for your event, just contact the lounge staff for consultation.

Since the final price is not only dependent on the time frame of your reservation, but the beverage and food consumed on-sight, the invoice will be created after the event. You will also be contacted after the event to ask for your feedback on the entire experience, to ensure your full satisfaction, and further develop our event solution.

Yes, there is one risk: Your team might develop an addiction! We don't take responsibility for any life-changing decisions you make after experiencing our lounges. Seriously, a very small proportion of people may get motion sickness in the simulator. Besides that, there are absolutely no risks. It's far less dangerous than karting or track days with your own car. It's also less dangerous than driving to your workplace. Our staff will be happy to explain the simulator and SimRacing to you, and they will be happy to help and advise you at any time.
