KMAG Hotlap Challenge: 
Terms and COnditions

1. Organizer

The Kevin Magnussen Hotlap Challenge is organized by Racing Unleashed AG, Lorzenparkstrasse 10, 6330 Cham, Switzerland.

‍

This Hotlap Challenge is an official Racing Unleashed initiative, independently organized and operated by Racing Unleashed AG.

‍

‍

2. Participation & Eligibility

‍
Participation criteria:

• Open to all Racing Unleashed lounge visitors aged 13 and above.
• The challenge is available on the Silverstone track at all Racing Unleashed lounges from July 1 to 31, 2026.
• Participants may attempt the challenge multiple times; only their fastest valid lap will be ranked.
• Participation is only possible within single-ride sessions.

The following are excluded from prize eligibility:

• Employees and contractors of Racing Unleashed AG and affiliated companies
• Registered Racing Unleashed Esports Series drivers that participated in at least one race during the last two Racing Unleashed Esports Seasons (RU1, RU2 & RU3 and former Racer and Challenger Leagues)

Participating Racing Lounges:

• Germany: Munich
• Switzerland: Zurich City, Zurich Airport, Cham
• Spain: Madrid

3. How to Participate

‍

Guests may join the Hotlap Challenge by informing lounge staff before their session.

Participation is available during regular individual ride sessions and standard group ride bookings.

Corporate events, private events and exclusive venue bookings are excluded from participation.

4. Winner Selection & Prizes

‍

The three participants with the fastest verified lap times, who are not ineligible (see section 2), win the prizes.

‍

The prizes are:

• 1st Place: 1x One-Year Racing Unleashed Pole Position Pass Membership, RU Original Hoodie, RU Original Cap signed by Kevin Magnussen, RU Original Bottle signed by Kevin Magnussen
• 2nd Place: 1x Racing Unleashed Share Package, RU Original Cap signed by Kevin Magnussen, RU Original Bottle signed by Kevin Magnussen
• 3rd Place: 2x Raceday Package, RU Original Cap signed by Kevin Magnussen

If the winners cannot be reached within five (5) days of reach out through Racing Unleashed, the prizes will be awarded to the next fastest eligible participant. This process will continue through the top 3 fastest times.

The final decision on eligibility and lap time validity rests with Racing Unleashed.

‍

Prizes must be redeemed by December 31, 2026.

‍

Winners will be contacted directly via the contact information provided at the time of participation.

‍

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No legal recourse is permitted regarding the awarding of prizes.

‍

Racing Unleashed reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

‍

‍

5. Data Collection & Privacy

‍

Lap time data is automatically recorded through simulator telemetry.

‍

Personal data (e.g. name, contact details) will be collected at the lounge solely for the purpose of contacting winners.

‍

No data will be shared with third parties.

‍

Data will be stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

‍

‍

6. Fair Play & Disqualification

‍

Any attempt to manipulate the simulator, unfair driving behavior, or use of unauthorized hardware may result in disqualification.

‍

Racing Unleashed reserves the right to disqualify participants at its sole discretion.

‍

‍

7. Promotional Use

‍

By taking part, participants agree that Racing Unleashed may use their name, leaderboard ranking, and visual content (e.g. images/videos taken during the challenge) for marketing purposes across official RU channels.

8. Changes, Disruptions & Liability

‍

Racing Unleashed AG reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or modify the Hotlap Challenge at any time, without prior notice, for operational, technical, or business reasons. This includes the right not to continue the challenge in subsequent months.

‍

Racing Unleashed AG accepts no liability for technical errors, network issues, or simulator malfunctions that may affect lap time recordings or prevent the identification of a winner. If the fastest eligible participant cannot be determined or contacted due to such disruptions, no substitute winner is guaranteed beyond what is stated in Section 4.

9. Legal

‍

The competition is subject to Swiss law.

‍

Legal recourse is excluded.
