Drive Z Hotlap Challenge: Terms and COnditions

1. Organizer
The Hotlap Challenge is organized by Racing Unleashed AG, Lorzenparkstrasse 10, 6330 Cham, Switzerland.
2. What is the Drive Z Hotlap Challenge?
The Drive Z Hotlap Challenge is a monthly competition held at the Racing Lounge Zurich Airport. In this virtual time trial, you can put your driving skills to the test and win exciting prizes — including a free WAB Skid Control Course by Drive Z and professional coaching by Racing Unleashed.
3. Challenge Duration
The Drive Z Hotlap Challenge takes place from August 2025 through January 2026, consisting of six individual monthly challenges.
Each challenge runs from the 1st to the last calendar day of the month.
Participants can try the challenge multiple times throughout the month.
4. Eligibility
Participation is open to all guests aged 13 years and older who meet the standard Racing Unleashed ride requirements (minimum height: 1.55 m; maximum height: 2.05 m).
To redeem the 1st place prize (WAB Skid Control Course), the participant must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.
The following individuals are excluded from prize eligibility:
- Employees and contractors of Racing Unleashed and Drive Z
- Active participants in the Racing Unleashed Esports Series (current and previous season)
5. How to Participate
Participation is only possible on-site at the Racing Lounge Zurich Airport.
Simply inform lounge staff before your session if you wish to take part.
The challenge is available during both individual and group bookings.
Participants may attempt the Hotlap Challenge multiple times during the month.
6. Track Selection & Communication
A different racing track is used for each monthly challenge.
The track selection will be published in the first week of each month on the official Racing Unleashed Switzerland Instagram channel: @racingunleashed_switzerland.
7. Winner Selection & Prizes
Monthly prizes are awarded as follows:
- 1st Place: WAB Skid Control Course by Drive Z
- 2nd Place: 1-hour coaching session with a Racing Unleashed coach
- 3rd Place: 30-minute ride voucher (valid at all Racing Lounges in Switzerland)
Prize terms:
- The WAB Skid Control Course is transferable but must be redeemed by an eligible person.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
- No legal recourse is permitted regarding the awarding of prizes.
8. Prize Redemption
Prizes must be redeemed within 3 months of notification.
No cash alternatives or exchanges.
Prizes are non-transferable.
9. Data Collection & Privacy
Personal data (such as name and contact information) will be collected at the lounge solely for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting winners.
To enable prize fulfillment and coordination, relevant participant data will be shared with Drive Z in connection with the WAB Skid Control Course.
Drive Z may contact the 1st place winner directly to arrange course participation. Once shared, the use of this data is subject to Drive Z’s own privacy practices. Racing Unleashed accepts no responsibility for how Drive Z processes this information.
All data will be handled in accordance with Racing Unleashed’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.
10. Fair Play & Disqualification
Any attempt to manipulate the simulator, engage in unfair behavior, or use unauthorized hardware or equipment will result in immediate disqualification.
Racing Unleashed reserves the right to disqualify participants at its sole discretion.
11. Changes, Disruptions & Liability
Racing Unleashed AG reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or modify the Hotlap Challenge at any time, without prior notice, for operational, technical, or business reasons. This includes the right not to continue the challenge in subsequent months.
Racing Unleashed AG accepts no liability for technical errors, network issues, or simulator malfunctions that may affect lap time recordings or prevent the identification of a winner. If the fastest eligible participant cannot be determined or contacted due to such disruptions, no substitute winner is guaranteed beyond what is stated in Section 4.
12. Legal
The competition is subject to Swiss law.
Legal recourse is excluded.
