When RAFA Racing Club opened its doors in Houston, Texas, it wasn’t just the real racecars that created buzz — it was the chance to experience world-class virtual racing, brought across the Atlantic by Racing Unleashed.

As part of the grand opening celebration, we proudly gave RAFA Racing Club members and guests their first laps — virtually — on our cutting-edge simulators. True to our mission of making motorsport accessible to everyone, everywhere, we delivered the full-force experience of open-wheel racing right into the heart of Texas.

A Taste of Formula Racing, Racing Unleashed Style

Throughout the event, RAFA Racing Club members got behind the wheel of our high-performance simulators, feeling the precision, feedback, and adrenaline that define Racing Unleashed. It wasn’t just a demo — it was a true introduction to what it feels like to push limits on a world-class racing platform.

RAFA Racing Club founder, Rafael Martinez, captured it perfectly: "Great motion, great feedback. And it was great to just slowly start building to get a little bit of speed on it. The Racing Unleashed sim is incredible, I absolutely loved it," Martinez said. "I've never actually driven a Formula car, but I can tell that the whole cockpit, the feel, the way that you see the car is just built for that platform."

Recent IMSA VP Challenge race winner Ian Porter also took the opportunity to step into a new world — swapping his Toyota GR Supra GT4 EVO2 for a virtual Formula 1 car at Spa-Francorchamps: "I got to drive around Spa in an F1 car in the Racing Unleashed sim. That was nuts," Porter said. "A huge shout out to them for flying all the way over from Europe to Houston, just to give us that formula-style experience."

Houston Was Just the Beginning

We loved bringing the Racing Unleashed experience to RAFA Racing Club and seeing real racers light up in the virtual world. Houston was just the beginning — and we can’t wait to unleash even more racing excitement around the world.
